Court Searches & Registers

Pursuant to the Grand Court Rules (1995 Revision), (O. 63, r.8(3)), the Registers of Writs, and other Originating Processes, Judgments and Orders are opened and must be maintained for public inspection upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Judicial Administration is pleased to announce the launch of the Electronic Court Search Platform for the Public Registers. Access and search are “read-only” at this time, however, printed copies can be obtained from the Civil Registry once payment of the prescribed fee of is made.

In addition, to “read-only” search access through the judicial website, searches can also be conducted on-site at the Kiosks located in the search area at the Civil Registry, 3rd Floor Kirk House.

Whilst the objective of this platform is to provide online digital accessibility for all Public Registers, currently, the platform contains Registers from 1995 to present day, save for the years 2001-2007 which are currently being uploaded. Registers before 1995 were created manually and will still be kept and made available in that form.

The ability to print and download the Registers through the website will also be coming online in the near future.

Thank you for using our Public Registers Platform. We look forward to providing continued service to better assist our clients.
