Current Status of the Law Revision

Since the untimely passing of Mr. Michael Bradley in early 2010, the Law Revision Commission has been without a Commissioner. Senior Legislative Counsel, Mr. Stephen Miller, of the Legislative Drafting Department has recently begun assisting with the duties of Law Revision Commissioner while continuing to undertake the duties of his substantive post.
