The Judicial Administration website provides information for the guidance of the public on matters such as being a juror, being a witness, being a litigant, applying for legal aid, instituting small claims, probate and administration, applying for child and spouse maintenance, applying for child custody, applying for adoptions, applying for domestic restraint orders, bailiff services judgment creditor options, trustee in bankruptcy, and related forms.
As well, the website provides daily lists of court cases, court rules, court fees, lists of attorneys, notaries public and justices of the peace, sentencing guidelines, and practice directions.
It is hoped that publication of this information in such a conveniently and widely accessible medium will serve to bring knowledge on legal justice issues within easier reach of the people of Cayman and, indeed, of the wider client public.
